I have sent an email as well, I just wanted to let everyone know that with the gathering restrictions in place we have decided to hold this year’s AGM by Zoom conference. Everyone will need to download the app first to their computer or mobile phone. I will send out a unique code to log in for the specific date and time on Wednesday September 23 2020. Anything we would have handed out at the AGM will be mailed to you. As well we are now accepting interac E-transfers for payments, we do not have auto deposit so you will need to email me the security answer for deposit.
