I just wanted to make sure all CHO owners are aware of a 3% retro payment for 2024 was announced, many have probably already received this. The Ministry had to announce it by March 31st, or it wouldn’t have happened. They have not announced the continued 3% as of yet, therefore your monthly payments will not change. They are still working on getting us the 3% going forward and it does look very positive, considering we got the retro payment. However, they would not verbally guarantee us the 3% as it’s not in writing yet. Things are behind due to the election and the government not sitting. It was a great sign they released our retro.
