(email message regarding PPE for both CHO and HwS)

Dear Operators,

As we navigate through the second wave of COVID-19, I am resending information and links for PPE requests.

As a reminder, Housing with Supports homes are eligible to access PPE in critical situations.  If your home has less than 14 days of product left, you can receive up to 28 days’ worth of products at no cost by completing the Ontario Health request form below.
